Halter tops and short black skirts with white trim is how Idaho Vandals Cheerleaders look like.Lot of people have been complaining lately that new two-piece cheerleader uniforms were too skimpy.Spectators complained that cheerleaders' uniforms were showing a little more than school enthusiasm.
